Dr. Kazeminy founded Irvine Pharmaceutical Services Inc., a premier contract development and manufacturing organization supporting the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device industries. It served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1988 to October 2016. He founded Avrio Biopharmaceutical LLC, a cGMP contract development and manufacturing organization supporting the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries from Phase I through post-market life cycle management. He served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to October 2016. Irvine Pharmaceutical Services Inc. and Avrio Biopharmaceutical LLC were acquired in October 2016 by Nitto Denko Avecia Inc., a recognized leader in therapeutic nucleic acid manufacturing and development services. Dr. Kazeminy served as a United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Expert Committee member from 2000 to 2020 and as a Dean Advisory Panel member at Chapman University School of Pharmacy from 2014-2022. He has been appointed Executive Industry Liaison and Adjunct Professor of Pharmacy at Chapman University School of Pharmacy.
